All reservations to be paid for in full in adavance. Payment to be made within one month of booking confirmation by bank transfer or cheque. For bookings made after 30th April payment is due within 3 days of booking confirmation
A refund of 75% will apply for cancellations received no later than 30th April.
No refunds will apply for cancellations received after 30th April.
By confirming a booking and making payment you are deemed to have accepted the above Terms and Conditions, and the Camping Rules (see below). You are also agreeing to us holding your information for the purposes of your camping booking. We will not share this information with anyone else.
Camping Rules for TT/MGP period
Check in at the Campsite Warden’s Office on arrival to collect your pre-paid tent or motorhome tag, or for directions to your pre-erected tent. The tags must be displayed at all times. The campsite is open 24/7, but if there is no warden immediately available on arrival, please select a vacant site* and contact a warden as soon as possible thereafter. (* Please note than an area that is taped off is NOT a vacant site ).
Electric hook-ups deliver a maximum of 15 amps – please respect.
St John’s Football Club accepts no liability for death, personal injury, damage to property, or other loss, save that caused by the negligence of the Club , it’s servants or agents.
All property left in tents and/or in the Club’s facilities is left at the owner’s risk. All tents to be situated at least 6 metres apart.
Campers must comply with the requests of Wardens or camping Managers at all times.
Please respect other campers - no excessive noise after 11 p.m. Please limit the use of generators as they can be noisy – only use for short periods. Please do not pour boiling water on the grass.
A speed limit of 10mph applies in all areas of the campsite.
BBQ’s ARE NOT PERMITTED on the grass – they must be placed on a stand or blocks available from the Campsite Wardens. FIRES and GLASS are NOT PERMITTED on the grass areas.
The Club reserves the right to evict any camper(s) who present a danger, a nuisance ( including excessive noise), or who fails to respect the rules associated with the cleanliness of the campsite.
All rubbish/litter to be disposed of in the bins provided- campers to report any problems to the Warden. Please respect the toilet and shower facilities and help us to maintain cleanliness and hygiene-campers to report any problems to the Warden.
